Spring is here!

We have had a lovely couple of days here in Bideford and the shop is full of beautiful spring colours in the form of new artificial flowers, candles, summer scarfs and bags.

artificial flowers have had a bad rep in the past but modern examples are often hard to distinguish from the real thing.

The shop is so much brighter and  alive with colour since the flowers arrived, we couldn't wait to unpack them and get them into some of our big glass vases. 

Our Artificial flowers are made from recycled materials where possible making them very green indeed.

As more and more flowers were unpacked it was hard to pick our favourites but we just had to buy some to take home ourselves.

Artificial flowers are such a good investment, they will last a life time so will save you pennies in the long run and will give your home a vibrant injection of colour perfect for spring.

  Our long awaited Umbrellas have arrived!

They come in some funky designs, just the thing this spring for when the weather just cant decide what it wants to do. 

                                                   

We love the shape of our umbrellas, they remind us of Victorian Parasols. When its raining in Bideford its great fun to spot people rushing about the town with our bright umbrellas, they brighten up a rainy day and are sure to get heads turning(Prices start from £14). We even have cream and white umbrellas popular with brides when planning for their wedding day.
